Stephen Martin
      Stephen Martin was previously the Marketing Director for Reliance
      Security and of OKI Systems (UK) and a Managing Consultant at Frank Lynn
      & Associates.  Stephen's experience in market investigation and line
      management means that he contributes strongly to understanding complex
      organisational decision-making as well as having the management expertise
      to understand the benefits of simple messages, clear targets and straight
      forward recommendations. Previously as Marketing Director for Reliance Stephen
      implemented a customer care programme a new business drive that grew the
      company turnover significantly whilst reducing customer churn to below 5%.
      At OKI Stephen was responsible for launching a major brand awareness
      programme alongside a complete reorganisation of the channels to market
      that managed to grow awareness by 500% and simultaneously grow profits by
      47%.
       Stephen holds a BSc in GeoChemistry and an MBA from Cranfield.  Stephen Martin is a member of the Market Research Society.

      Laura Longstaff 
      In the five years that Laura has worked with Market Clarity, she had
      designed and managed a diverse range of research projects utilising a
      variety of research and analysis techniques and in both B2B and B2C
      environments. Recent projects include a customer understanding project for
      a leading telecoms company seeking a greater presence in the IT sector; an
      internal resource review of wireless access devices for a leading mobile
      telephony organisation; a market review of the on-line information market;
      and analysis of various marketing communications campaigns.
      Previously, Laura worked in various research roles including: Research
      Project Manager for the MOD Agency DERA; Financial Researcher for Deutsche
      Morgan Grenfell and Researcher for a creative head-hunting practice. She
      has a degree in Religious Studies from Newcastle University.

      Sarah Burton-Taylor 
      Sarah has sixteen years experience in customer research and management
      consultancy, preceded by seven years experience in marketing and general
      management roles in blue chip organisations in both industrial and
      consumer environments. She has considerable experience across a wide range
      of industry sectors in large and small companies. Sarah's consulting work
      includes strategic, marketing and change management assignments, focused
      on helping businesses gain sustainable competitive advantage. Projects
      include strategic and market assessments, developing and implementing
      customer satisfaction research and change programmes, development of
      competitive advantage positioning for £30 million business start-up, and
      management development and training. Sarah has particular expertise in
      helping businesses understand and improve the user experience on web sites
      through user-based research. Sarah is an experienced consultant and
      facilitator. She has an MBA from Cranfield School of Management, and has
      recently completed PhD research at Cranfield looking at managing
      organizational knowledge and the types of consulting interventions (based
      on user experience research) that can create sustainable change.

      Peter Collins
      Peter spent ten years experience in line management positions,
      including three years experience as a director of his own sports goods
      company, and has sixteen years experience in research and management
      consultancy. He has considerable experience across a wide range of
      industry sectors in large and small companies, and in private and public
      sector clients. Peter is an experienced consultant with particular skills
      in group facilitation and decision-making. He has undertaken a large
      number of research-led strategic, marketing, change management and project
      management projects including: strategic and marketing assessments, web
      site strategy and usability research, customer satisfaction and
      competitive advantage research, developing direct marketing strategies,
      business development, change management, and developing and delivering
      programmes of CPD and training workshops, project management and interim
      management. Peter has an MBA from Cranfield School of Management.
